Starting the mission does not stop the sound.
It only muffles it behind the task. The alarm plays the whole way through, so the fastest route back to silence is the one where you are already awake.

Snooze is still there. It is just not on your side.
The button is small and low contrast on purpose. It keeps a snooze streak next to the one you actually want, and the alarm comes back louder than it left.

Before you ask
- Can I still snooze?
- Yes, and the app makes it feel bad. Snooze is deliberately small and low-contrast, it keeps a snooze streak, and the alarm gets louder next time. Pro can let you argue with the voice orb for one more.
- Does it need my camera?
- Only for the push ups and AI cam missions. The other six need nothing but the phone in your hand. Photos used for a check are discarded after the answer.
- What happens if I ignore it?
- The sound plays until the mission is finished. Starting a mission does not silence the alarm, it only muffles it behind the task.
- Can I pick the sound?
- Each alarm chooses its own from the sound library, and its mission is set alongside it in the alarm builder.
- What does Pro cost?
- Roostie Pro is a monthly or yearly subscription through the App Store, with a 3-day free trial if you have never subscribed. Cancel any time in Apple ID → Subscriptions.
- How do I delete my data?
- Settings → Privacy & data → Delete my data. That erases the server row and wipes the device. It does not cancel a store subscription.
